Shopify app
B2B saved lists and reorder — built for company-shared lists, contextual pricing, and rep-led workflows. Built for Shopify B2B; works for DTC too.
What it does
Customers and sales reps build, save, and reorder product lists — projects, restocks, approved catalogs — with each list reflecting the buyer's contextual B2B pricing. It lives in three places:
Reps build and manage lists on behalf of companies, from inside Shopify admin.
Buyers create, edit, and move whole lists to cart from their account area.
An optional "Add to list" block on product pages, gated by buyer type.
Key features
B2B buyers share lists across the whole Company; direct customers' lists stay private.
Reps manage lists per company from Shopify admin, with per-location pricing they can switch between.
A whole list transfers to checkout at each buyer's prices; discontinued items are pruned automatically.
An optional PDP theme block with a per-placement visibility gate — all buyers, signed-in only, or B2B only.
Lists and list value reflect B2B pricing, with a toggle to fall back to Online Store pricing.
Five live metrics — companies with lists, total lists, total and average list value, and lists modified this week.
Two locale editors (customer-facing and admin) — every label is editable, defaults kept if untouched.
Per-merchant data isolation, all three GDPR webhooks, and a 48-hour grace period to recover data after uninstall.
Why we built it
We first tried an off-the-shelf wishlist app on Empire Pro's B2B storefront and hit its ceilings — no quantity primitive, a single-list B2C experience. So we built Professional List Manager, with Empire Pro as design partner and first install.
Feature requests route straight to our team, pre-tagged to this app — and we ship against them.
